I am the author of this blog moment in thistory.  My name is Michelle Crawford-Sapenter ( the latter portion , my former husband's surname).  I am the product of an ediuucation promontory, namely the youngest of Anne Louise Anderson (Crawford/1921-1992) and Erby Andrew Crawford, (1920-1971) wed in 1940 in the state of Texas.
There is a clearly and fantastic legacy that has been passed along our familial lineage associated with great leadership, religious proponderence and of couse, education.

My grandmother, on my mother’s side of the familial group, was born Mas Elite Daniels. Grandmother married Levi Anderson and to their union was born 9 children Grandmother was the offspring of a multi-cultural marriage between her father, John Charles Daniels, former Buffalo soldier turned preacher and his wife, of Lebonese heritage, Beulah Lee Daniels. The au pair, Joe Charles ( Great grand mother affectionately called great grandpa) and Buelah Lee settle a strip of property that encompassed several acres in Nueces county. It was after settling the property that the couple noticed a patch of land that had a culvert containing an unctuous black substance mingled in to the blades of grass. At once, Grt. grandpa and his beloved wife realized that their land bore natural oil. A report in regard to their great fortune was later forwarded to the federal government. In years that bore witness to the consequential events, such that resulted in the forced relinquishing of all properties, GrtGrandpa, Daniels and family were caused to move from the oil rich property—it had been expropriated by the U.S government under eminent domain law.

Today, their remain heirs to the oil residual, though in reality it would take an act of congress to force the federal hand at releasing any portion of the residual to the Heir Apparent and other rightful heirs. Any efforts made to access or approach Congress in regard to the desire to access the current oil residual fund has historically resulted in years of malicious persecution; castigations that result in incarceration and even claims that mental disorder exists to label heirs for the purpose of damaging our image and claiming that one or others of us are unfit.

Finally, the worst, most frequent consequent to avoid payment of oil residuals to the Anderson heirs has been an untimely and apparently wrongful death. Despite the efforts made by untold numbers, groups and individuals within the U.S. public who collectively work to prevent any access of Anderson Oil residuals by myself, the Apparent Heir, nor by most other members of the Anderson Coparency, it is my solemn hope and unwavering endeavor to erect a foundation in the name of my great grandparents, John Charles and Buelah Lee Daniels. In that hour , I will join together with members of our tributary to rejoice and proceed with imparting the fruits of greatness that are the substance of character ( that which God’s riches are profited by) through the virtues of high moral, sound ethics and a basic standard that reserves the teachings, comportment and life style of the Lord God as paramount.
